How your request is handled
- We confirm that we have received it.
- We may ask a question or two to confirm that the request is genuinely from you, before acting on it.
- We act on the request and tell you what was done.
- Where a record has to be kept for a legal, regulatory or dispute-related reason, we will say so rather than deleting it quietly.
Please do not send passwords, OTPs, card PINs or net-banking credentials to anyone, including us. You never need to send documents or credentials to make a privacy request.
